Terms of use
Last updated: July 21, 2026
1. Who provides the service
Klyo is provided by Digitl GmbH. The full company identity, registered address, and contact details are in the Digitl imprint. By creating an account or using Klyo, you agree to these terms. If you use Klyo on behalf of an organization, you agree to them for that organization.
2. The service
Klyo is a creative production and activation platform for teams running video and image ad campaigns across several channels. You write one campaign brief, choose the products, audiences, locations, or offers that should vary, and Klyo expands that into every valid combination, generates the scene content, voiceover, and ad copy with AI, and assembles each one through your own video or image template. Every rendered creative goes through a human review and approval step before it can go live. Approved creatives can then be activated to the ad accounts you connect, and their performance tracked in one shared view.
3. Accounts and organizations
Signing in to Klyo requires a Google account; Klyo uses Google sign-in only. Access is organized by organization. Organization admins control who is a member and what each member may do. You are responsible for the activity under your account and for keeping your access secure.
4. Your content and ownership
Your organization keeps ownership of the briefs, catalogues, uploaded assets, and rendered creatives it produces on Klyo. You grant Klyo only the license needed to operate the service: to store, process, generate, render, and activate your content on your instruction. Klyo does not claim ownership of your content.
5. AI-generated content
Ideas, storyboards, ad copy, voiceover, and rendered creatives produced in Klyo are machine-generated. Every rendered creative goes through your review and approval before it can be used or activated. You are responsible for the campaigns you approve and publish, and for holding the rights to any material you upload or reference.
6. Connected accounts
Klyo acts on a connected account only when you start the action or when a schedule you configured runs, and only on the accounts you connect. Pushing a creative live or hosting a copy happens on your own YouTube channel, Google Ads account, or Campaign Manager 360. Display & Video 360 is today read-only: Klyo uses it only to read campaign performance for reporting, not to push creatives. You must hold the rights needed to act on those accounts. You can disconnect an account at any time; see the privacy policy for how disconnecting revokes access.
7. Acceptable use, availability, and fees
Do not use Klyo to produce or activate unlawful, infringing, or deceptive advertising content, and do not attempt to access another organization's data or break the isolation between organizations.
Klyo is provided as-is and as-available. We do not guarantee a particular level of uptime at this stage of the product.
Usage of the paid AI and render steps is metered in credits, billed under your customer agreement.
8. Liability, term, and governing law
To the extent permitted by law, Digitl GmbH is not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Liability for intent and gross negligence, and any mandatory statutory liability (for example for injury to life, body, or health, or under the German Product Liability Act), remains unaffected. These limits follow what is customary under German law.
These terms apply for as long as you use Klyo. Your organization's admins, or Digitl GmbH, may end access under the customer agreement. We may update these terms as the product changes; when we make a material change, we will post it here and update the "Last updated" date at the top of the page.
These terms are governed by the law of the Federal Republic of Germany.
